Invictrix is committed to making this website accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the standard referenced in ADA Title III enforcement guidance from the U.S. Department of Justice.

Conformance Status

This site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. We have not completed a formal third-party audit, but we have conducted an internal review against each applicable success criterion and implemented the findings. Known gaps identified during that review have been remediated.

What We Have Done

The following measures were implemented during our most recent accessibility review:

• Skip-to-main-content link added to all pages
• All decorative images and icons marked with aria-hidden="true"
• Mobile navigation toggle exposes open/closed state via aria-expanded
• Animated content (morphing headline, blinking cursor) respects the prefers-reduced-motion user preference and pauses automatically when that preference is set
• The active headline is the only one exposed to screen readers at any moment — the inactive variant is hidden via aria-hidden
• All text elements verified to meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required for normal text under WCAG 1.4.3
• All form fields have explicit <label> associations
• Page language declared on all pages via lang="en"
• Viewport zoom is not suppressed — users can resize text freely
• Landmark regions present on all pages via semantic HTML: <nav>, <main>, <footer>, <header>

Known Limitations

No outstanding WCAG 2.1 AA failures are known at the time of this statement. If you identify one, please report it using the contact information below.
